Meet Mark Paulda - Founder of Imagine Media

Mark Paulda is the founder of Imagine Media. For more than two decades he worked as an award-winning travel photographer and cultural storyteller, capturing everything from the chaotic energy of Marrakech souks to the quiet beauty of Bhutan’s Himalayan valleys. His images have appeared in magazines and galleries around the world, and he is a Grammy finalist for album artwork, a multi-year finalist for International Travel Photographer of the Year, and a member of the Rolling Stone Culture Council.

When his partner became a realtor in North Central Florida, Mark saw firsthand how difficult self-promotion can be for even the best agents. He watched talented professionals work hard every day yet remain largely invisible to the buyers and sellers who needed them most. That frustration became the spark for Imagine Media.

Today Mark channels his lifelong experience in visual storytelling and authentic communication into practical tools that real estate agents can actually use. Instead of generic templates or complicated strategies, Imagine Media creates hyper-local self-promotion kits, AI-powered visibility systems, creative media content, and coaching that help Florida realtors show up consistently and authentically in their local markets.

The mission is straightforward: remove the guesswork and overwhelm from self-promotion so agents can spend less time marketing and more time doing what they do best — helping people buy and sell homes. Every product is built with the same honesty Mark brings to his photography: no hype, no empty promises, just clear, usable tools that make a real difference when used consistently.

When he’s not working on Imagine Media, you’ll most likely find Mark exploring the trails and sunsets of North Central Florida with a camera in hand, still telling stories — only now those stories help realtors tell theirs.
